Here is the schedule including the rest of the make up games. Thank you to those teams who agreed to play on Wednesday, Aug. 16th. There were a few games that I had to put on Saturday, Aug. 19th before starting the tourney.

Tourney will be Saturday Aug. 19 for teams in finishing in the lower half of the standings.
Teams finishing in the upper half will play Sunday Aug. 20.

The end of season tournament will be August 13-14. We will split up into 2 divisions - double elimination.
Lowers will play on Saturday, Aug. 13th starting around 10am. Uppers will play Sunday, Aug. 14th starting around Noon (possibly earlier depending on number of teams).

Reminder: We are playing a regular week of games instead of a tournament for the last week. Attached is the revised schedule for September 23rd. Please use this schedule!  Since the top 3 teams have the same record, they will be playing each other to determine who is the league champion. Some changes in match-ups had to be made to reflect this. There are a few repeat matchups. I tried my best to limit them.

I have updated the schedule to reflect a change that has been made for the end of the season. I added a 5th week of games and decided that there will not be a end of season tourney. The champion will be decided by best record over the 5 weeks of play.
A couple reasons for the change. 
1) Each team will get an even amount of games. With doing a single elimination tourney, some teams will get one game while others can get 3 or 4.
2) A 15 team tourney would likely need to be split up over two weeks. Right now, I'm likely not available the last week of September.

I apologize for the change in format in the middle of the season. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We had a call with the city on Tuesday, May 5th with all of the other leagues in town to learn about the city's plan for opening up the fields for Organized Sports.  We know that everyone is itching to resume life as much as normal and hope that softball can do the same.  Thank you for your patience but we are at the mercy of the city.  The city has not given us a green light for the season but we did receive some guidance and they did assure us that they will help us try and have a season however that may look. We need to submit a plan on how we are going to lessen the spread of Covid to the city for approval. The city has said they will determine on May 29^th if they are going to open up the fields to organized leagues.

With that being said, we are planning a start date of June 14^th and will be busy getting the plan approved, schedules set, and getting the league ready to go.  We are asking if you are interested in having a team, please fill out the attached registration form or respond as soon as possible.

Because of the delay, the season is going to be looking different this year.  We will play a 6 week regular season, and then have an end of the year tourney.  We are still finalizing the dates of the games and the tourney because we need to see what happens to previously scheduled tournaments.

We know that Covid has been a strain on a lot of people and companies.  We want to be mindful of that so we came up with this plan to shorten the season because of the delay but also to try and relieve some of the strain of finding sponsorship.  So registration for the summer season will be $600. Teams that have already paid will be refunded the difference. As always we don’t require uniforms to help defray the cost. The registration deadline will be May 27th. Please send in your registration as soon as possible so we can work on a schedule and get that submitted to the city. A mandatory managers meeting will be Sunday June 7^th.
